Operations Manager

LinkedClient, a European AI startup founded in 2020, develops an AI Assistant for B2B sales and fosters a supportive, diverse workplace. We are committed to providing flexible work arrangements and a culture that values work-life balance.

In this role, you will help shape our commercial operations, focusing on Customer Success, Support, and Sales departments. Your contributions will be pivotal in not just managing but also participating in daily activities across these departments. You will work closely with the management team and gradually become an integral part of the top management at LinkedClient.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient processes with a collaborative approach.
• Oversee data collection, establish KPI metrics, and strategize on enhancement methods.
• Be an advocate for creating an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a degree in Business Administration or related field; however, if you believe in your skills and capabilities, we encourage you to apply, even if you do not meet every single requirement.
