Customer Success Manager
LinkedClient continues to grow, with customers in over 30 countries and employees in 4 we are looking for more Customer success managers.
The role is shared and you work on the one hand with supporting and coaching our customers, while also using our system to book meetings for both our own salespeople and our customers. This means that you yourself work on a daily basis in the system that you also support our customers in using, so you are a super user that our customers use to get help.
You like to help others and you like to see our client succeed. You need to be pedagogical and be able to express yourself verbally and in writing in English. You are a problem solver and find it easy to build trust.
You will have many customer accounts every day both via email, phone and in digital meetings. The job includes:
- Set up accounts for new customers
- Follow up on customers' results
- Work proactively with coaching to increase customers' results
- Book meetings for our own salespeople and customers using our system (chat exchange)
- Management of support tickets
We believe that you have previously worked with some type of customer service, sales or support.
We work completely remotely so you can work wherever you want. For those who want to meet colleagues IRL, we have co-working offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg.
