About the job:
With the aim to revolutionize B2B sales, LinkedClient is currently undergoing a very exciting expansion phase. And as we’re onboarding many new clients every week, we’re looking to hire another Customer Success Manager.
You’ll be joining a very talented and energetic team, and you’ll be a key player in our organization. Some of the tasks you’ll be working on include:
- being responsible for, and further developing, our customer support via email, chat and weekly QnA’s.
- helping our customers move forward in their processes
- helping with invoicing and financial matters
- helping with handling (not writing) contracts
- handling on- and off-boarding of customers
- setting up customer accounts
- managing our communities and answering questions and comments from our customers
We’re looking for someone with a business mindset, who has experience in guiding clients and knows how to set up an excellent B2B offer. Perhaps you’ve worked in a similar role in an advertising agency or at an in-house communication department.
You need to be a self-starter as our work is 100% remote (pandemic or not). This gives you the freedom to work wherever you like, and the responsibility to manage your own time. Our clients are mainly in need of support between 9-17 CET so you need to have full availability then. Also, you need to be fluent in English.
To thrive in this role, we think you have a creative mindset, an understanding for working in a start-up company, and a will to help further develop our offer and our services. It’s also a benefit if you’re a bit tech savvy.
