Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for a creative Social Media Coordinator, to join our marketing team. In this role you'll be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy, in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You'll be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.

Job description:
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Keep up with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools such as Canva
- Monitor SEO and user engagement, and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
- Provide constructive feedback to the rest of the company
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
Job qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
- Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
- Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
- Impeccable time management skills, with the ability to multitask
- A detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- An eye for qualitative marketing
- Graphic design skills are a plus
